Match Museum

There are only three match museums in the world. Jönköping has one of these, namely the Match Museum. It is located at Vättern's southern beach in a beautiful wooden building from 1848. Here you meet people and machines who built up the match industry and developed it into a worldwide company. If you visit the museum with children, there are many fun things to do, like looking for hidden giant matches or making match caps. In the museum's shop you can find your favorites among lots of matchboxes and buy other nice gifts.
