At Stadsgården in the residential area of Råslätt, south of Jönköping, you will find a swimming hall with an adjoining gym. Here, you can swim, exercise, and relax.

Located in the heart of Stadsgården in Råslätt, this fully equipped swimming facility provides everything you need. You can swim for exercise, relax in the sauna, or work out in the gym. Stadsgården also houses a youth centre, library, and sports halls.

Swimming pools at Stadsgårdsbadet

The facility features three pools of different sizes:

  • The main pool is 25 metres long with four lanes.
  • The medium-sized children’s pool is 0.7 metres deep, primarily used for swimming lessons and play.
  • The smallest pool is a paddling pool designed for the youngest visitors.

Steam sauna, infrared sauna, and gym

The pool area includes a steam sauna and an infrared sauna, as well as separate saunas for men and women.

A staircase above the pool leads to the gym, which is equipped with both cardio and strength training machines.
