Small swimming area by lake Vättern

East of Rosenlunds Bankar, right next to the Elmia area, you'll find Sannabadet in the Vättersnäs district of Jönköping. This cozy swimming spot offers a more intimate beach experience by Lake Vättern, surrounded by lush grassy areas.

Located in a sheltered bay, Sannabadet has slightly warmer water compared to other swimming spots in Vättern. The beach is conveniently close to Elmia, Husqvarna Garden, Rosenlundsbadet, Scandic Elmia, and Racketcentrum.

Spacious grassy areas

Sannabadet is surrounded by a large grassy area, providing plenty of space for play and picnics. The beach has soft sand, and lifesaving equipment is available. In the evening, the area becomes shaded as the sun disappears behind the cliffs.

Facilities

Sannabadet is not a municipally maintained beach, meaning there are no changing rooms or restrooms available.
