A culinary journey through Vietnam's history
Save
In the heart of Jönköping, you will find Cholon L'Indochine, a restaurant that takes you on a culinary journey through Vietnam, France, and China. Here, flavours and culinary traditions meet in a perfect fusion.
Cholon was once Vietnam's largest Chinatown and an important trading city. The area was colonized by France in 1867. In addition to letting the place inspire the name, the restaurant honors its heritage by combining traditional flavours with modern elegance. Here, you get the perfect mix of Vietnamese, Chinese, and French cuisine.
At Cholon L'Indochine, food is served in smaller portions, so you have the chance to taste several different dishes during your visit. The concept is simple: about three small dishes are equivalent to a traditional main course.
Here, you can discover everything from well-prepared dumplings and French baguettes with a Vietnamese twist to delicious pho and crispy spring rolls.
Many of the dishes can be adapted for vegetarians.
