Herrydets dairy is owned and operated by Olivia and Roger

Here, hard cheeses are crafted in the forests of Småland. The milk for the cheese comes from cows grazing just a stone's throw away from Herrydet. The cows roam freely and are milked several times a day. The cheese is available for purchase in Herrydet's online shop.
