Domsand/Backamoskogen

Backamoskogen (The Backamo forest) is an open-air area in Bankeryd with many paths leading to the beach, swimming area and marina.

The hinterland area of the Bakamos forest extends between Vidablick in the east, Domsand in the northwest and Furuviks in the south. The forest is old, over a hundred years, steep down towards Vättern - with beautiful and sweeping views. Be careful not to step on the beautiful orchid knee root or Småland's landscape flower linnéa.
