When does the ticket office open?
The ticket office opens 90 minutes before the show begins. Keep in mind that it is only possible to pay with card. When the ticket office is open, you will be able to answer any questions by calling +4636-12 95 90.
Where is the best place to park?
Directly adjacent to the Concert Hall you will find large parking spaces. The parking can be paid in cash or with card.
How do I get to the Concert Hall if I don’t want to drive a car?
The Concert Hall is about 4.5 km from Jönköping city center and about 3 km from Huskvarna center. If you want to go from Jönköping you should go along Vättern to the Concert Hall. From Huskvarna you walk along Huskvarnavägen to the Concert Hall. Do you want to go by bus, the closest stop is at Konserthuset, Rosenlundsbadet and Elmia.
When do they served food I have pre ordered?
Your pre-ordered pre odered food starts to be served 90 minutes before the show begins.
Is there a closet?
Downstairs IK Tord manage the closet, which opens 90 minutes before the show. The wardrobe is guarded throughout the evening. Since outerwear may cause danger of evacuation of the room, these may not be brought into the concert hall but should be hung in the wardrobe.
What does the wardrobe cost?
SEK 20
During the performances there is a break. Beer, wine, soda, coffee and light snacks are served.
Is there a break during the show?
It varies. You can find information on your ticket or on jkpg.com/biljetter on the article about the show you are going to go to.
Is there a lift at the Concert Hall?
Yes there is.
Are there any handicap / wheelchair seating at the Concert Hall?
Yes there is. These are booked at Ticket Service: 0771-211 300. Telephone: Mondays 09:30-16:30. Ticket service is open 90 minutes before the performance. It is also good to book and buy a handicap / wheelchair place in the Concert Hall ticket box, which is open in connection with shows. The concert hall's ticket box opens 90 minutes before the show.
Is there an audio induction loop at Jönköping Concert Hall?
Yes there is
Strollers / wheelchairs can’t be taken into the room due to safety reasons, but the best area to place it, is inside the entrance hall. Be sure where you buy your ticket. Biljettakuten and viagogo is two services who buys tickets and sells with a price increases.
