Västanå Castle today functions as a hotel and restaurant. Here you can enjoy culinary dishes, good wine and well-preserved castle surroundings.

Västanå Castle was built in 1590 and has been operated as Sweden's first castle hotel since 1948. This is the only Brahe Castle in the county that is not in ruins today.

You can find Västanå Castle about five kilometers south of Gränna, near the village of Röttle.

Gränna Golf Club

Adjacent to the castle is Gränna Golf Club's well-maintained 18-hole course with clubhouse and restaurant. A golf course and a castle in beautiful nature - well worth a visit.
