At the playground Syster Dinas gränd, also known locally as "Gränna Stora Lek," children full of energy can climb, swing, and run to their heart’s content. With climbing structures, swings, and gymnastic bars, it’s easy to see why this is such a beloved playground.

As the larger of Gränna’s two playgrounds, Syster Dinas gränd offers something for all ages. It features swings, climbing structures of various sizes, a slide, and more. Adjacent to the playground are a large football field, a basketball court, and a planted hedge maze.

Expansive green spaces and plenty of shade

Surrounding the playground are spacious green areas perfect for a variety of outdoor activities and games. There’s plenty of space for a picnic, and the many trees provide welcome shade on hot summer days.

A family-friendly destination year-round

The green areas around the playground also feature small hills ideal for sledding in the winter. There’s a larger hill for older kids and smaller ones for the little ones. During winter, an ice rink is created next to the playground for skating fun.
