Polkatåget

Experience Gränna on a guided tour with the tourist train Polkatåget. This delightful ride takes you on an exploration of the charming town, passing landmarks and historical sites along the way.

The tour begins at the entrance to Gränna Camping, near the cycling and walking path, and continues along Brahegatan and down Sjögatan. The guide shares fascinating stories about Andrée, Amalia's polka candy, and other highlights of Gränna's rich history.

Tickets

Polkatåget starts its daily tours around Midsummer and runs every 45 minutes until 4:00 PM through mid-August. Tickets can be purchased on-site, and no advance booking is required. Arrive early if you want to secure a specific departure, as the train often fills up quickly. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
