Lovsjöbadet is a family-friendly outdoor swimming spot located south of Jönköping by the scenic Lake Lovsjön, close to the E4 highway.

Here, you can enjoy a child-friendly swim with large grassy areas and a sturdy jetty extending into the lake. There’s a barbecue area and plenty of space to lay out your picnic blanket. Basic facilities like dry toilets are available during the summer season.

From the jetty and beach, you’ll have a beautiful view of Lake Lovsjön and its small islands. Surrounded by forest and nature, this is a true Småland summer idyll.

How to get here

Take bus no. 24 from Juneporten or bus no. 135 from Rådhusparken. Get off at the Hyltena rest stop and walk about 700 meters to the swimming area.
