Huskvarna Folkets Park has a lot to offer

In addition to concerts, car meets, and various events, the park also boasts an exciting and varied playground. It includes all the classic playground activities like swings, a sandbox, and slides, along with a nature play area, an obstacle course, and water play.

Just below Huskvarna Station, right next to Huskvarna Folkets Park, you'll find a playground filled with fun for children of all ages. The playground is fully enclosed with a gate and features green spaces for running, making it particularly family-friendly, even for younger kids.

Near the playground, there are tables and benches as well as grassy areas perfect for a picnic. You can even crawl into one of the small huts for a cozy picnic spot.

Nature play area with obstacle course

In addition to classic playground activities like slides, sandboxes, swings, and climbing structures, the park also features an obstacle course and a nature play area. Children can embark on an adventure by crawling through tunnels, going under logs, and jumping from stump to stump.

At the heart of the playground is a small stream that invites water play, adding an extra element of fun and creativity.

Huskvarna

Gazing out over Lake Vättern, the giant Vist stands tall in Huskvarna. Here, striking contrasts meet — between stunning natural surroundings and the historic Husqvarna Factory, established in 1689 to produce weapons for the Swedish military. At the Husqvarna Museum, you can explore everything from sewing machines and motorcycles to modern-day chainsaws and lawnmowers. Nearby, Smedbyn offers a charming mix of history, art galleries, and craft studios. Since 1925, Huskvarna Folkets Park has been a beloved venue for music, theatre, festivals, and fairs.
