Micro bakery that bakes with organic heritage grains

In the small community of Örserum just outside Gränna, you will find Erik's Bread & Kombucha, which specializes in sourdough bread and kombucha production
As soon as you step over the threshold into the converted garage, you are greeted by the delightful smell of buns. The activity is in full swing, and loaf after loaf is sent into the oven in the small bakery.
Erik, who runs the bakery, is passionate about heritage grains and only bakes with organic ingredients. Sit down for a cup of coffee and listen as he explains why.
Eriks bröd is part of Food around Gränna (Mat runt Gränna). An initiative created by local producers and entrepreneurs who want to preserve a vibrant countryside and locally produced ingredients.
The shops, farm cafés, and restaurants are open year-round and are happy to show you how they make their delicacies.
Every year during the Ascension weekend, all businesses invite you to the food tour, where the participants have the same opening hours and offer tastings and fun activities for all ages.

A couple of days in Gränna holds everything you could wish for during your holiday.
