Disc Golf Courses in Jönköping

In Jönköping, there are several courses for disc golf, also known as frisbee golf. The first course was Knektaparken's frisbee golf course, by Rocksjön in Jönköping. Here, we list a number of courses located in the Jönköping area. Many of the courses are free to visit.
Disc golf is a sport where you use a disc to navigate a course with as few throws as possible. Each hole consists of a tee and a basket where the frisbee should land. The length and difficulty of the courses vary, but they usually consist of 9 or 18 baskets/holes suitable for both beginners and experienced players.
Located by the beautiful Rocksjön, there is a 9 and 18-hole course, both starting in Knektaparken. The longer course takes you through John Bauer Park to Kålgårdsparken. Suitable for both beginners and experienced players. John Bauer Frisbee Golf Club is responsible for the course.
East of Bataljonsgatan in the A6 area of Jönköping lies John Bauer Disc Golf's new disc golf park. 18 holes on a course that should be challenging for the best but still playable for most. In the future, a short-hole course for beginners will also be added.
The course, consisting of 18 baskets and 27 tees, is located in a forest environment where large parts go through a beautiful oak forest. Suitable for both beginners and advanced players.
A 9-hole course that is perfect for beginners. Located by Åsabadet in Taberg and goes through a beautiful pine forest.
At Jöransäng, Jöransberg's village association has created a 9-hole course. The course is located next to Lönnvägen's playground in Huskvarna.
At Barnarp's IP, there is this relatively short 9-hole course suitable for all ages and levels. There is also a barbecue area and rain shelter by the course.
At Österängen, you will find a nice 9-hole course set up in a park near Österängen's centre and Österängsskolan. There is also a playground on site. Parking is available right next to the park.
At Öxnehaga, there is a short course in a beautiful park environment where you can glimpse lake Vättern between the houses. The course is located opposite Öxnehaga centre.
Around Ljungarumsskolan's gravel field, there are five baskets set up, but without marked tees.
Värnamo
Värnamo Frisbee Disc Club is Sweden's oldest club for individual frisbee sports. They have both an 18-hole course and a newly opened professional 9-hole course that is also open to the public. More information can be found on their website.
Eksjö
In a hilly forest environment, you will find Eksjö Frisbee Golf Course with 18 holes suitable for both beginners and more advanced players. The course is located near Eksjö Camping, where you can rent frisbees during the summer. In autumn and spring, you can rent frisbees at Intersport. More information can be found on their website.
Vetlanda
At Östanå Friluftsområde in Vetlanda, there is this well-maintained 18-hole course. At the first tee, there is an information board, and discs can be bought and rented at the golf shop at Vetlanda GK. More information can be found on discgolfbanor.se or in their Facebook group.
Nässjö
Discgolf Nässjö, together with Nässjö municipality, has built a disc golf course in the outdoor area Lövhult, just outside Nässjö. The course has 18 holes, and discs can be rented at Motionsgården. For more information, visit their website.
