In recent years, the focus has been on developing the farm's own vegetable cultivation. Today, strawberries, corn, white cabbage, cauliflower, asparagus, pumpkins, and much more are grown.

The seasonal variety is also reflected in activities throughout the year, such as pick-your-own strawberries, corn, flowers, and events around Food Around Gränna and the Farm Tour.

In addition to its rich variety of seasonal vegetables, the farm also sells home-produced beef, pork, chicken, eggs, honey, jam, and dairy products from the local area.

Summer café and outdoor play

In the summer, the café opens with hearty sandwiches, pies, pastries, ice cream, local drinks, and coffee. You can either sit in the part of the farm shop designated for café guests or at the outdoor tables with a view of the fields.

There is plenty to explore for children and those who love to play. If you're lucky, you might spot the pigs or the farm's rabbits.

Opening hours

Opening hours vary throughout the year; see https://ravelsmark.se/ for current times.

Mat runt Gränna

Ravelsmark gård is part of Food Around Gränna, an initiative created by local producers and entrepreneurs who want to support a vibrant countryside and locally produced ingredients. The shops, farm cafés, and restaurants are open year-round and are happy to show you how they make their delicacies. During the Ascension Day weekend each year, all businesses invite you to the food tour, where the participants have the same opening hours and offer tastings and fun activities for both young and old. See all the participants who are part of Mat runt Gränna (food around Gränna).
