Gränna’s most charming hotel and conference venue
Save
The history of Örserumsbrunn dates back to the 1600s, when there was an inn located on the same site where Örserumsbrunn Inn & Conference stands today.
Over two hundred years later, in the mid-1800s, the water level of Lake Ören was lowered. As a result, the area that is now Brunnsparken (the Spa Park) dried up, and two springs with health-promoting water were discovered.
This marked the beginning of the spa and bath hotel era, and 200 years later, guests are still welcomed to this idyllic spot on the northern shore of Lake Ören. You can still drink the health-giving water from the springs in Brunnsparken.
The hotel is located in the charming village of Örserum—peaceful and quiet, yet easily accessible, just a 10-minute drive from Gränna and the E4 highway.
Both private guests and conference visitors are welcome year-round. The kitchen serves well-prepared meals made from locally sourced ingredients. In the spring of 2020, the hotel also began brewing its own craft beer in the basement.
Örserumsbrunn is a popular venue for weddings and family reunions, and it's also a perfect choice for those who enjoy nature and culture.
With many hiking and cycling trails nearby, there is much to explore in every season.
The hotel also has its own sandy beach and jetty, where hungry guests arrive by boat during the summer. There is also a beach café, open during the summer in good weather.
Welcome to Örserumsbrunn – and enjoy the tranquillity that the inn has to offer!
A couple of days in Gränna holds everything you could wish for during your holiday. Stunningly clear water, breathtaking views, gentle walks in magical forests, history, cycling along beautiful country roads or challenging MTB tracks, relaxing to magical sunsets, strolls down cobblestone alleys, deliciously good ice cream and of course – the pepparmint rock candy.
