Crispbread and locally sourced delicacies

Grännaknäcke, a family-owned bakery and shop in the heart of Gränna, has been producing crispbread and other delicacies with a focus on Swedish craftsmanship and locally sourced ingredients since 1999.

With a wide range of products in the shop, an online store, and several retailers across Sweden, Grännaknäcke offers authentic flavours from Småland to customers all over the country. Grännaknäcke has been part of Gränna's food craftsmanship tradition for over two decades.

All products are handmade with carefully selected Swedish ingredients, giving them the unique taste and quality appreciated by both locals and tourists.

A wide range of local delicacies

In addition to their famous crispbread, Grännaknäcke also offers a large selection of locally produced products, such as marmalade, tea, rusks, and sauces. Here, visitors can find everything for an authentic taste experience from Småland.

Grännaknäcke cares about both the environment and the local community by selling products and using ingredients for their own production that are locally sourced and from local actors.

Gift baskets for all occasions

In addition to selling their products in the shop, Grännaknäcke also offers specially composed gift baskets. Perfect as gifts, these baskets contain a mix of their most popular products.

Bake your own crispbread

Looking for a unique experience for a kick-off or hen party? Grännaknäcke offers a fun activity where you can learn to bake their famous crispbread from scratch.

Participants get to roll, bake, and take home their own baked crispbread. The activity takes about 50 minutes, and afterwards, you can shop in the store with a ten percent discount on the entire range.

Mat runt Gränna

GrännaKnäcke is part of Food Around Gränna, an initiative created by local producers and entrepreneurs who want to support a vibrant countryside and locally produced ingredients. The shops, farm cafés, and restaurants are open year-round and are happy to show you how they make their delicacies. During the Ascension Day weekend each year, all businesses invite you to the food tour, where the participants have the same opening hours and offer tastings and fun activities for both young and old. See all the participants who are part of Mat runt Gränna (food around Gränna).
