Brunstorpsbadet is one of the municipality’s summer-open, heated outdoor pools. Surrounding the pools are large, lush grassy areas, and within the facility, there is a small kiosk.
Brunstorpsbadet offers several different pools, including a 50-meter pool, a teaching pool, and a splash pool for the youngest visitors. The facility also features a water slide. If you prefer swimming in lake Vättern, there are stairs leading down to a pier where you can take a dip.
The facility also includes changing rooms, showers, toilets, and a sauna.
If you need a snack between swims, there is a kiosk inside the facility selling ice cream, chips, and candy. You are also welcome to bring your own picnic.
• Accessibility: The facility is located on a slope with level differences and some stairs, but there are paths without steps allowing access to the pool area for wheelchairs and strollers.• Parking: Available right outside the facility.
Gazing out over Lake Vättern, the giant Vist stands tall in Huskvarna. Here, striking contrasts meet — between stunning natural surroundings and the historic Husqvarna Factory, established in 1689 to produce weapons for the Swedish military. At the Husqvarna Museum, you can explore everything from sewing machines and motorcycles to modern-day chainsaws and lawnmowers. Nearby, Smedbyn offers a charming mix of history, art galleries, and craft studios. Since 1925, Huskvarna Folkets Park has been a beloved venue for music, theatre, festivals, and fairs.
