Do you remember the Smurfs, Star Wars, and the Turtles? Then you've come to the right place!
At the Toy Hunters' Nostalgia Museum, you can find these and many, many more action figures from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. If you’d rather experience video games or pinball, there are also those to try out. Here, you can relive the nostalgia of your childhood, and you’ll definitely remember it—no one has ever regretted a visit. While the museum may appeal mainly to older visitors, it’s also fun for younger guests who can try out new games to play.
Karl-Henrik Jakobsson, the collector behind the museum, developed his interest as a child when he traveled with his parents to search for antiques. After getting his own driver’s license, he found his passion for what he does today. In 2018, Karl-Henrik appeared in the TV show Best in Sweden, season 3, episode 1, where Adam Alsing named him the best collector, and Karl-Henrik won!
The museum is open upon request and costs: 200 SEK/2 hours (includes refreshments, drinks, and a guided tour) Ages 0-5: Free Ages 6-15: 100 SEK
It’s also possible to rent the museum for private events.
Karl-Henrik has big dreams of adding a private cinema, expanding his collection, and even collecting snuffboxes.
