Bankerydsleden

The trail, which is 24.5 km long, starts and ends at the Bankeryd community centre. It passes through a varied nature area where you will find signs of older settlements. There are traces here of early industrial activities and ancient remains from the Stone and Iron Ages. Birds and wildlife abound around the trail. If you are lucky, you might catch sight of a number of different species. Or if the season is right, you might go off the trail a bit and get your fill of blueberries. Not only are they delicious; they are also unbelievably nutritious.
