Grilled toast in four ways

Hot dogs and burgers are the most classic foods to take with you in the lunch box on a trip in nature. Sometimes you need something else. A simple and good dish that can be varied in quantities is the barbecue sandwich! All you need is a crusher and pick out your favorite ingredients.

The barbecue sandwich is both simple and good. It's fast and can be done with a varieties of different content. Below are four favorites. A tip is to pack a couple of coffee filters that you can hold the sandwich in. All recipes are for two portions.

Grill sandwich with artichoke bruchetta

Ingredients:
4 slices of bread, preferably some form of sourdough variant
4 tablespoons bruchetta on artichoke
1 mozzarella cheese
4 cherry tomatoes
Salt and pepper

Vegetarian, simple and really good! Spread on the bruchetta, slice the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Top with salt and pepper.

Grill sandwich with feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients:
4 slices of bread, preferably some form of sourdough variant
6 sun-dried tomatoes
½ package of feta cheese
1 handful of baby spinach
Salt + pepper

Crumble the feta cheese over the bread slices. Add the sun-dried tomatoes. Top with spices and baby spinach.

Grill sandwich with beetroot and goat cheese

Ingredients:
4 slices of bread sourdough
3 medium-sized cooked beets
1 roll of goat's milk cheese
½ dl chopped walnuts
5 dried apricots

Start by putting the goat cheese on the sandwich. Then the beetroot. Top with walnuts and apricots. Ready to grill!

Pizzamackan

Ingredients:
4 slices of sourdough bread with sea salt
½ dl tomato sauce
1 pkt mozzarella
A few pinches of arugula
1 teaspoon oregano
2 slices of salami
2 tomatoes

The classic pizza sandwich! Start by spreading the tomato sauce on the bread. Add salami. Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes and place on the sandwich. Top with oregano and arugula.
