With two Bocuse d’Or medals and one European Championship gold medal in the chef team, the quality of the food is at least as high as the ambition without for that matter jeopardising the relaxed atmosphere.

Everything is delivered in a stylish and inviting environment with Vättern just outside the window. In the summer, the majority of the operations are moved out to the terrace and the outside kitchen with good food and a relaxing atmosphere in focus.
During the winter months, the bar is raised in the kitchen and Sjön offers one bigger and one smaller menu of high national class with pure flavours based on the season and unprocessed food of highest quality.
Ecological and locally produced as far as possible – but always with the highest quality as a starting point. Sjön that was founded by Tommy Myllymäki is now run by local talents with awarded chef Erik Beckman in the lead.
