Aida

The soprano Anna Netrebko sings her first Aida at Met, with mezzosopher Anita Rachvelishvili as her terrifying rival Amneris. Alexander Antonenko is the warrior Radamès, and Nicola Luisotti directs Mets monumental set. Of course, the scenography is as grand as just Met can succeed.
