Welcome to Restaurant Elmia! Today's lunch is served Monday-Friday between 11:30 - 13:30. The menu is characterized by Swedish home cooking in a modern style with international elements from the knowledgeable chefs from all corners of the world.
Every day, four lunch options are offered, two of which vary from day to day, a "dish of the week" and a standing favorite: Wallenbergs made from minced veal from Dalsjöfors are served with raw cowberries, peas, shredded butter and mashed potatoes.
