Adventure park in Visingsö harbour for young children
Save
Leklandet Visingsö is a seasonal adventure park and playground for children aged 3–10. Let the youngest family members burn off some energy or challenge the entire family to a game of mini-golf. The park is beautifully situated with views of Lake Vättern and Visingsö harbour.
Right by Visingsö harbour, you'll find this adventure park with various activities for kids. From driving electric vehicles to trying out a digger or pedal jeep, there's something for everyone.
Set in a lush forest environment, the park offers plenty of space for kids to run, jump, and play in inflatable castles. If you prefer to sit back and relax, grab a cup of coffee while keeping an eye on the kids.
Why not challenge the whole family to a round of mini-golf? The park’s course is a mix of adventure golf and traditional mini-golf. If you’ve explored Visingsö, you’ll recognize some of the mini-golf course elements - they’re replicas of famous landmarks on the island!
In addition to the activities mentioned, Leklandet Visingsö also offers bike rentals. Choose from traditional bikes, tandem bikes, cargo bikes, and junior bikes. Visingsö’s flat terrain makes it ideal for cycling.
If biking isn’t for you, you can rent a golf cart (a B driver’s license is required). On the southern part of the island, the park has a service station where you can buy drinks and snacks or top up your bike’s air tires.
Right next to the park is Eklunden Park, which hosts a Midsummer disco on Midsummer’s Day, featuring DJs and music. Throughout the summer, the park also hosts events with performances by well-known artists.
Take the ferry from Gränna to Visingsö, a gem in Lake Vättern with stunning nature and a rich history tied to the powerful Brahe family. Don’t miss Brahe Church, home to a wealth of artistic treasures. The island is easy to explore by bike or by horse-drawn carriage – remmalag. Here, you're close to nature and can meet alpacas, go horseback riding, or paddle a kayak.
