Hallby MTB offers a unique combination of nature experience and sport challenge. The whole family will enjoy it here, from the youngest to the oldest. With several child-friendly loops and an inspiring environment for both play and learning, this is a destination where everyone can find their own cycling joy.

Wide variety of tracks

Hallby MTB offers five different trails with varying difficulty levels:

• Green (2 km): Perfect for beginners and children with flat terrain and gentle curves. This trail is a favourite among younger cyclists and is great for families.
• Blue (3.5 km): A relatively easy loop that includes "The Technique" – a section with jumps and challenges that appeal to both beginners and experienced cyclists.
• Red (10 km): A varied exercise loop shared with pedestrians. The trail winds through beautiful nature and offers a mix of gravel paths and hilly sections.
• Black (5.1 km): The most technically challenging trail, filled with obstacles, steep climbs, and elements from the 2014 Swedish Championship track. Experience and technical skills are required here.
• Blue/Yellow (XCO competition track): A hilly and technically demanding competition track used in national and international competitions.

For children and beginners, there is also a pump track and a "kids’ track" where they can practice balance and technique.

Services and amenities

At Hallbystugan, adjacent to the arena, you will find all the amenities you need for a successful day in the forest. The bike wash station is perfect for cleaning your bike after a muddy ride.

The parking area offers plenty of space and includes charging stations for electric cars. There are also two toilets available year-round next to the parking area.

Combine your cycling experience with other activities

Hallby MTB is located in a beautiful setting, close to Axamobadet and Axamo Camping. For those who want to combine their cycling experience with other activities, there are quiz walks and waffle service at Hallbystugan for most of the year. At Axamo, there is also an outdoor gym, and both there and at Hallby there are several running trails.

If you want a longer bike ride, you can cycle the Rallarleden towards Bottnaryd. Halfway there, you will find the popular Olsbo track.
