Café and farm shop in the middle of the Småland highlands
Save
Enjoy coffee in a beautiful turn-of-the-century house from 1906. The café has a family-friendly environment with a wide range of carefully selected goods, everything from new to vintage.
Gröna Lund, which is the name of the farm's turn-of-the-century house from 1906, is located in Aneby. With original details such as wallpaper and porcelain, it feels as if time has stood still on the farm.
The farm café offers a varied selection of snacks, including sandwiches, seven types of cakes, sponge cakes and buns – all homemade.
Gröna Lund, Ådala and Ladugården are the names of the associated farm shops. Here you will find hand-picked goods – new, used and vintage. The stock is replenished frequently. There is something for everyone here!
Every year, several different events are held at Gröna Lund in Vireda. Here you can visit everything from coffee meetings for enthusiast vehicles to a Christmas market, music quiz and farm tours.
Gröna Lund i Vireda is part of Food Around Gränna, an initiative created by local producers and entrepreneurs who want to support a vibrant countryside and locally produced ingredients. The shops, farm cafés, and restaurants are open year-round and are happy to show you how they make their delicacies. During the Ascension Day weekend each year, all businesses invite you to the food tour, where the participants have the same opening hours and offer tastings and fun activities for both young and old. See all the participants who are part of Mat runt Gränna (food around Gränna).
A couple of days in Gränna holds everything you could wish for during your holiday. Stunningly clear water, breathtaking views, gentle walks in magical forests, history, cycling along beautiful country roads or challenging MTB tracks, relaxing to magical sunsets, strolls down cobblestone alleys, deliciously good ice cream and of course – the peppermint rock candy.
