Ingarydsleden

This route passes through Ingaryd, which lies directly north of Tenhult. The trail is 2.1 and 2.5 km long. Ingaryd is a nature reserve with a full species richness and a great bird life. Swamp forest areas, a creek, blocks and small steep steps until the various vegetation in the old coniferous forest. Large parts of the forest are over 100 years old.

Along the trail you will also find four works of art created by the finish wood artist Jarmo Keerele. These wooden figures are in memory of the extreme storms Gudrun and Per, when a lot of forest in Ingaryd fell.

On the other side of old Nässjövägen, opposite Ingaryd you will find Tenhult's hembydsgård. During the summer months, the little red cottages stay open and offer homemade cakes, buns, rolls or waffles. A perfect place to end your round.
