Smålandsgården’s Christmas buffet

All of the dishes in this year’s Christmas buffet are either prepared from scratch by the experienced chefs Mikael Ekberg and Fredrik Brandt, or by producers from the surrounding area such as Hugo’s charcuterie and Sjöarp’s smokehouse. Enjoy the lovingly made dishes and get pampered in a traditional environment. Here, you are offered homemade Christmas sausages and brawn, for instance.
