In this unique environment you enjoy as our guests, exquisite specialties prepared with fresh ingredients, from the lake and forests nearby. Their seasonally À la Carte menu, carefully composed by a head chef, contains many classics, including char and the famous isterband saussage from Hugos Chark in Örserum.
