Many visitors to Jönköping Municipality arrive by car. That’s why it’s useful to know where you can park – whether you’re exploring the city centre, visiting Asecs, or discovering Gränna and Visingsö.
In central Jönköping, you’ll find several parking options, including multi-storey car parks and outdoor parking areas.
You can easily pay using the apps ePark and Parkster, and in some locations you can also pay by card at parking machines.
There is no free parking in the city centre. For longer stays (up to 7 days), options include Sesam Car Park and Per Brahe Car Park.

In Huskvarna, there is a car park located beneath Rosenhuset.
Outdoor parking is available along Övre Esplanaden and nearby streets.
At Asecs, there are large parking areas directly connected to the shopping centre. Parking is free during opening hours.
Outside opening hours, fees may apply or the car parks may be closed with barriers.
There are also plenty of charging points for electric vehicles.
In charming Gränna, parking is free in the town square and along the streets around the main street, Brahegatan.
Down by the harbour, there are larger car parks where fees apply during the summer season. You can pay by card or via apps such as Aimo Park.
On Visingsö, all parking is free.
Parking is available at most visitor attractions across the island. Please note that there is a fee for bringing your car on the ferry.

In Gränna, coach parking is available by the harbour, where you can pay by card or app.
